First of all, it is the number of private rooms, which is determined by the number of residents in the future interior of the apartment or house. Investigation of the basic needs of customers not only defines a set of premises, but also their content.

On the further step common area spaces are designed, which include spaces intended for the whole family - living room, dining room, kitchen, as well as bedrooms, children's rooms, libraries, offices, game rooms and bathrooms.

The interior of a country house or a penthouse is formed primarily from the function, which is reflected in a clear planning solution of the total volume.
